Privacy Policy

Your Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to me. There is no greater transgression against a company’s trust and respect than that of the disclosure of personal or confident information. This page will go over my feelings of privacy, and how it is protected.

Requests For Information
Some pages of the SEO Factor website have forms to be filled out by potential customers or others who would like to contact me. In some of these forms, information is requested by the person filling the form out, sometimes including information such as an email address, name, website, etc. This information is provided to me in the confidence that I will not share it. This confidence is taken very seriously, and is not shared. Period.

Comments
In order to leave a comment, an email address is required. This is not shared with anyone other than…well…me.

Clients
Through SEO services, I am provided sensitive, personal and confidential information in order to provide those services effectively. This information, again, is not shared. Be it login information, or information that pertains to a company’s inner workings, processes or information on or affecting the company’s past, present or future, it is held confidential to me and me alone.

Most clients also prefer not to share the fact that they have attained SEO services for competitive reasons. I also take this confidence seriously, and will not share past clients or their information. On the same note, I also will not work with competing companies at the same time, and with a proper amount of time between services provided (I usually like to wait 3 – 6 months before taking a client that may compete with a past client, unless a longer period is requested or needed).

Generally Speaking
Generally, I don’t share information. I don’t sell email addresses or names. I don’t give our phone numbers. And under no circumstance will I share sensitive information.

I’m sure I missed something here, so if you have any questions please feel free to contact me at josh@ or using the contact page.
