Once you have selected your desired plan and payment has been made, you will be redirected to a form that will allow you to provide us with information regarding the call, and determine the best possible time to connect via phone. Please allow up to 48 business hours to finally connect via phone.

Alternately, you may request a time during checkout so we may attempt to meet it, or as close to it as possible.

We can take your questions online, and answer them as they come. If you have a burning SEO question to which you just can’t find an answer, we will most certainly have one.

Once your preferred plan is selected, you will be sent to PayPal for payment. Once that is done, you will be redirected to a form that will allow you to input your information and pose your question.

Online questions are answered depending on their type. If the question is general in nature, we can usually answer it rather quickly (within 24 hours). If your question pertains to your website/business specifically, there is a need for research time. This will allow us to provide the best possible answers(s) for your individual needs. At most, it may take up to 72 business hours to craft the most relevant and helpful response.
